Today I was blessed with the privilege of leading worship and giving the message at my tiny little mountain church. To say this is a delight for me, well, that's just one big, gigantic understatement! I love the God I worship and few things give me more pleasure than serving Him and those who also seek Him.
Today I also played Ave Maria on the piano (from memory!) for my church. For those who came early, they heard it twice as I ran through it once before services began. The first playing was perfect - not one mistake!! The second playing during church had one minor error that I doubt anyone heard except me and the church pianist.
The best part of today, though, was sharing it with someone special who cared enough to not only show up, but arrived early enough to hear the first (perfect) playing of Ave Maria. Thank you, Rob!
