An Instrument of Your Peace

My life is and has been quite stressed with everything that has been happening. It is easy to lose your cool.

This morning when I read my daily devotional, I encountered this:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy.
- Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi

I needed this today given all that I am experiencing. I wanted to share it with you, too, in the hope it will bring you peace.
